Summary

Field banks of medieval or later date are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the north and west of Bell Farm, Loders. The features are considered to be medieval or later field boundaries. Two rectangular platforms are associated with the field boundaries which may be house platforms. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project.

Field banks of medieval or later date are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the north and west of Bell Farm, Loders. The features are considered to be medieval or later field boundaries. Two rectangular platforms, 20-25m across are associated with the field boundaries which may be house platforms. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project. (1)
