Full Description
Two disused quarries are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the eastern side of Hyde Hill near Bonscombe Hill. They are marked as 'Old Quarries' on the OS 1st edition map and therefore considered to be of 19th century or earlier date. The quarries were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project (1).
