Full Description
Four small hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on Hyde Hill in the vicinity of Sadness Copse. They range from 15m to 25m across and are considered to be quarries of probable post medieval date. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project (1).
