Full Description

The monument lies entirely within Tarrant Rushton parish, but the southern arc of its ditch abutts the boundary with Shapwick parish to the south. It is possible that this monument, together with round barrow MDO37391 just to the south west may have been used as reference points when the parish boundary was set out.
