<1> Batstone, P, 2015, Possible Roman remains at the top of the back garden of 25 Glyde Path Road (Verbal communication). SDO14103.
‘… Wilf Wakely … discovered a piece of, he believed, Roman pavement at the top of his garden, where it abuts the prison grounds … others now live in the house, which is the first one past Glyde Court as you walk away from the town.’
