One of a group of four plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrows visible as a soil marks on aerial photographs. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. The record for this monument has been created with support from Wessex Water.

Full Description

A possible Bronze Age round barrow was recorded as cropmarks on 2015 Historic England oblique aerial photographs. It has a diameter of about 20m. It is part of a cluster of seven barrows (NRHE 1622730, 1622729, 1622725, 1622724, 1622722). It is centred at ST 9379 0235. <1>

The site of a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <2>. It is one of a group of possibly eleven barrows forming a barrow cemetery. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
