Summary

A plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow faintly visible as a circular annular cropmark on aerial photographs dated 2005. It was digitally plotted from aerial photographs during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. The record for this monument has been created with support from Wessex Water.

Full Description

A ring ditch faintly visible as a cropmark on air photographs taken July 25th 2001. Circa 17 metres in diameter, it lies 3 metres east of ring ditch ST 90 SW 130, the latter lying at the northeastern end of a ne-sw line of 5 ring ditches. It is very faint as a cropmark, and needs confirmation from further photography. It is also bisected by a north-south linear which presumably represents a field boundary. (1)

A plough-levelled round barrow with an estimated diameter of c14 metres faintly visible on aerial photographs dated 2005. No evidence for mound material or internal features could be discerned.

The site of a plough-levelled round barrow 14m across is visible as a cropmark ring ditch. It was digitally plotted from aerial photographs during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project (1).
