Summary

Cropmarks on aerial photogaphs taken in 2002 form two irregular concentric circles around 80 metres and 140 metres in diameter, interpreted as enclosures. Possibly a banjo enclosure of Iron Age date. Cropmarks of fragments of three conjoined ditched later prehistoric enclosures with internal pit spreads representing at least two phases are visible on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording Programme. Possibly part of a settlement. The features were digitally recorded from aerial photographs during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.
