Summary

One of a pair of semi-detached houses built in 1928, possibly by Petter and Warren, to a design based on the principles used in the construction of Nissen huts. The houses have a steel roof structure composed of segmental sections clad in corrugated iron, with a red brick chimney stack. Some of the original windows have been retained, though some later details have been added.
