Summary

A circular cropmark around 14 metres in diameter is visible on vertical aerial photographs dated 2005 and 2010. This is one of a small group ring ditches situated to the east of Silverlake Farm. Interpreted as the probable remains of a Bronze Age round barrow, although no evidence of any surviving mound or internal features can be seen.

Full Description

The cropmarks of a possible Bronze Age ring ditch can be seen on HE Reconnaissance aerial photographs taken in 2010. Situated at ST 6157 1556, this is one of two ring ditches situated to the east of Silverlake Farm. <1>
