Summary

A bowl barrow reported in 1970 as being around 24 feet in diameter with a mound about 6 inches high, and very heavily ploughed. The barrow mound is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.

Full Description

A bowl barrow. Diameter 8 paces. Height 1 ft. Hollow in centre. <2>

A stubble covered bowl barrow on arable ground. There is no visible ditch; the mound has a diameter of 10.0m. and is 0.2m. high. Possibly excavated. <3>

The tumulus has now been ploughed over no evidence of it can be found on the ground. Deleted from Field Document. <4>
