Full Description

'F' SY 62028784. Ditchless mound 12.0m diameter by 0.5m high. Probably a gravel outcrop. <1>

'F'. SY 62028784. A stony mound, almost certainly natural. Of this group of mounds only 'E' is certainly indentifiable now, as a barrow. <2>

A possible Bronze Age bowl barrow, measuring approximately 13.6 metres in diameter, is visible as a low earthwork on aerial photographs <4-5> and was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project. It is one of a group of potential barrows located on Blagdon Hill (MDO3421-4 & MDO3376-9).
