Summary

Dense scatter of building rubble found during soil stripping opposite church. No building is shown in this location on the Ordnance Suyrvey First Edition 1:2500 map. A few metres to the north was a pit, seen in a footing trench, and possibly the source for some unstratified medieval and post-medieval pottery.
