Full Description

'A' Under crops and not investigated, but this barrow could not be seen from 60.0m distance. <2>

'B' is a ditchless bowl barrow with a heavy scatter of flint. 'A' is probably similar. <3>

'A' - (SY 61529162) (?) Bowl barrow, slightly oval and ploughed measuring 38 ft by 34 ft and 3 ft high on the summit of a ridge (5). Grinsell refers to the same barrow (Grinsell's No 13) as 12 paces diameter and 1 ft high. <4-5>

'A'. SY 61529162. Bowl barrow, diameter 16.0 metres, height 0.7 metres. No visible ditch. Both barrows are ploughed-down stony mounds. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <6>
