Full Description

The OS 2nd edn 25in map (1903) (1) marks a small rectagular enclosure on the N side of Fortuneswell, Isle of Portland, as 'Pound'. The enclosure is shown on the OS 3rd edn map (1929) but is not identified. It is not shown on subseqent maps.
