Full Description
A plough truncated round barrow visible as a circular annular soilmark c15m in diameter on aerial photographs dated 2014. One of a localised group of at least eight barrows. No evidence for earthworks or associated internal features could be discerned.
A penannular ring ditch enclosing a mound, 20m across, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (1-3). It is one of a larger group of nine and it probably the site of a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow. The site was digitally plotted from aerial photographs during the Dorset Stour NMP.
