Full Description
The OS 2nd edn 25in map (1898) (1) shows a building identified as a cottage hospital on Shelley Road, Bournemouth. Subsequent maps up to at least the post World War 2 period (2) show the addition of further buildings on a large site on the N side of Shelley Road and identify the complex simply as 'Hospital'.
