Full Description
A detached villa first shown on the OS 2nd edn 25in map (1898) (1) was identified as St Catherine's Parsonage. The 3rd edn map (1909) (2) showed it as St Cuthbert's School and the 4th edn (1924) (3) as St Zita's; St Cuthbert's School was marked on another detached house formerly named Foxholes House 130m to the N on Belle Vue Road. Post World War 2 mapping (4) showed the villa and another to the south formerly named Grassendale as parts of St Peter's School. A chapel was shown on the N side of the house.
