Full Description

The OS 2nd edn 25in map (1898) (1) shows two open areas labelled Tennis Grounds alongside the Bourne stream within the area marked Pleasure Grounds. The 3rd edn map (1909) (2) identifies a structure between the two grounds as a Ladies Lavatory.
