Full Description

The OS 1st edn 25in map (1870) (1) shows a roughly triangular earthwork with a small rectangular structure on its W side at the seaward end of Durley Chine. The features are approached by a path descending the coastal slope from the NE. The function of the features is unknown and they are not shown on later maps.
