Full Description
A landing stage is marked on the foreshore on the OS 4th edn 1:2500 map (1933) (1). It lay N of Hospital Island, Poole Harbour, and at the closest point to it and may have been used for access to the isolation hospital on the island. The sites of the landing stage and the island have subsequently been reclaimed and re-developed.
