Full Description
A group of buildings marked 'Architectural Pottery' is shown on the OS 1st edn 25in map (1890) (1). Later maps (2, 3) show substantial expansion of the complex, which was also served by a siding off a tramway system; this linked it to a quay upstream of Poole Bridge and to the London South Western Railway Hamworthy branch.
