Full Description

A bowl barrow on Hog Hill, one of a cluster of barrows located to the west and northwest of Maiden Castle. In 1980, the Ordnance Survey described the barrow as a ploughed down mound 16 metres in diameter and 0.6 metres high, with no visible traces of a ditch. Scheduled. Neither Grinsell nor RCHME mention the barrow in their gazetteers. <1-2>
