Full Description

A brickworks with kilns, clay, sand and gravel pits is shown on the OS 1st edn 25in map (1889-90) (1). It was served by a siding from the LSWR Dorchester line. The site was out of use by the 1950s (2) and has subsequently been redeveloped.
