Full Description

Site of a possible Bronze Age bowl barrow, part of a larger linear barrow cemetery extending along the Dorset Ridgeway.

Several sepetrate field investigations recorded it as an extant low stoney mound {1-3}.

Also visible as a low earthwork on aerial photographs {4-6}, measuring approximately 24 metres in diameter. This site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
