Full Description
An enclosed area of approx 1.3 ha, partly orchard, is shown on the OS 1st edn 25in map (1866) (1) and marked 'Clearmount Gardens'. Clearmount House is shown 360m to the north east and the gardens may have been associated with it. The site had been developed for housing by the date of the 2nd edn (1902) (2).
