Full Description
A 'camping ground' and a few small buildings were shown adjacent to the Fleet rifle range on the 3rd edn OS 25in map (1929) (1). A cluster of buildings S of Australia Road is shown on the 4th edn (1939) (2) and a substantial camp complex named as Chickerell Camp on the 5th edn (1959) (3).
