Full Description
A sluice adjacent to a small pool or pond on a stream is marked on the OS 1st edn 25in map surveyed in 1888 and published in 1889. The 2nd edition surveyed in 1901 and published in 1903 (and subsequent editons) labels the site as a sheepwash.
