Full Description
An area of possible medieval strip field boundaries or natural, geological, features, are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south of Owermoigne. The features are formed of parallel linear ditches, visible over an area measuring approximately 525 m by 140 m. (1) This feature was digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
