Full Description
Two blocks of probable post medieval cultivation ridges are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s to the south west of Holworth. The ridges in the two blocks are oriented south west-north east and they are visible over an area measuring approximately 395 m by 210 m. (1) The ridges are not visible on aerial photographs of 2009 and may have been levelled by this time. (2) These features were digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
