Full Description

Post medieval trackways or field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1960s to the south east of Upton, Osmington. The features are visible as linear banks and ditches, oriented east-west and south west-north east and north west-south east. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 375 m by 275 m. (1) The trackways are not visible on recent aerial photographs. (2) These features were digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
