Post medieval drains are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of Poxwell Big Wood, Osmington. The features are visible as narrow, linear, ditches, visible over an area measuring approximately 585 m by 335 m. (1) These features were digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
