Full Description

SY 65908797. Ditched bowl barrow on fairly steep north-east slope. Diameter 26.0 ft, height 4.0 ft, ditch 7.0 ft. wide. <1> <3>

SY 65898797. Bowl barrow of average diameter 7.5m. And height 0.8m. Now no visible ditch. Very stony appearance. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on MSD. <4>

Visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs <7>. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
