Fragments of a water meadow or drainage system of probable post medieval date are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the south-west of Rectory Farm, Winfrith Newburgh (1). The features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project, they are still partially visible as earthworks on the latest Google Earth imagery.
