Full Description

A linear banked boundary of medieval or post medieval date is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the north of Povington Farm (1). The site is visible running roughly NNW for 315m in 1946 but no longer visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck NMP.
