Full Description
An oval banked enclosure (23m across) is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 on Povington Heath (1). The site is of uncertain date and function, possibly post medieval. It is still partially visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery; it was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck NMP.
