Recent aerial photography <1>reveals the cropmarks of two probable Prehistoric or Roman rectilinear enclosures, visible at SY 989 826. <2>

Cropmarks of two rectilinear enclosures and associated trackways are visible on aerial photographs of Rempstone, Corfe Castle taken in July 1996 <1>. They are considered likely to be late prehistoric or Roman in date. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
