Full Description
A post medieval quarry is shown on the First and Second Edition OS Maps (1-2), located on the southern slope of Challow Hill, Corfe Castle. A pit is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs at this location (3). This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
