Full Description
A group of pits are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of West Hill, Corfe Castle taken in 1945 (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of a post medieval or early modern quarry. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
