Full Description
A group of small circuar pits are visible as bare soil marks on aerial photographs of Wytch Heath, Corfe Castle (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of Second World War foxholes or shell holes. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
