Two post medieval to modern extractive pits or Second World War bomb craters are visible as an earthwork on lidar imagery to the south of Waddock Farm, Affpuddle. The pits or craters are sub-circular in shape and measure between 4 m and 9 m in diameter. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
