Full Description
Three post medieval wood banks or trackways are visible as an earthwork on lidar imagery, within Oakers Wood, Affpuddle. The features are formed of south west-north east oriented linear banks measuring up to 172 m in length. (1) The features do not appear on the 1st edition OS map but are on the same orientation as extant tracks within the woodland. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
