Full Description
An area of drains of possible post medieval date are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1944 to the north of Black Hill, Bere Regis. The drains are formed of linear ditches, visible over an area measuring 130 m by 96 m. The boundaries are oriented south west-north east and north west-south east. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
