Full Description
An extensive area of First World War practice trenches is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1945 and undated photographs (probably 1930s in date) on Bryants Puddle Heath. The trenches are constructed in a zig-zag and stepped fashion, divided up into fire bays. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 1140 m by 100 m.
