Summary

A bowl barrow on top of a small spur. In 1970 this monument was reported as being around 31 feet in diameter with a mound about 3 feet high, and damaged, with the stony interior exposed.

‘(29) Bowl (62288731) on top of short S.-N. spur 150 yds. S.E. of (27). Diam. 31 ft., ht. 3 ft. Damaged, showing stony interior. 24 yds. to the N. is a small, probably artificial, stone mound 10 ft. in diam. and 6 ins. high.’

‘Diam. 12.0m Ht 1.0m. Uneven moss and heather covered mound. Very flinty mound with sarsen stones visible. On the top of the slope to the S. 1/3/C.’
