A possible Second World War bomb crater is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 to the west of Gully Coppice, Affpuddle. The crater is sub-circular and measures approximately 12 m in diameter. (1) This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
