Full Description
A short curved section of bank with adjacent ditch is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946. The feature is 12m long and of uncertain function; it is considered to be of post medieval or 20th century origin, possibly an extractive feature. The ditched hollow is still visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery. The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck NMP.
