Full Description
An area of post medieval quarrying on Stoborough Heath visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (1-3). It is marked on the OS 1st edition map and is associated with the trackway described in MDO3144. The site is still visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck NMP.
