A L-shaped depression and a sub-rectangular bank, which may be post medieval or early modern quarrying earthworks, are visible on aerial photographs of 1946 on Godlingston Heath, Studland. The features are visible over an area measuring approximately 70 m by 30 m. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
