Full Description
A group of paralell linear ditches are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of former heathland to the west of Broadstone, Poole (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval drainage ditches. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. They are not visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery, this area having since been built over by modern development.
